The Perko Surface Mount & Latch features a lock with body made of polymer and stem made of stainless steel. This lock comes with two keys and is easy to install in a 2-1/2inch diameter hole for mounting surfaces 1/8 to 3/4 inch thick. The T-handle drops down flush in either the open or closed position normally. It also features rubber seal and boot under the T-Handle that seals the lock cylinder and prevents water intrusion.
